Mechanized Cavalry Calendar of Events

This event calendar is for the Georgia Cavalry to capture times for rides, meetings, or any event you would like to share with others. This list is just for your information on events around the South. This Calendar will be updated every two weeks. So if you have an event you want to let others know about, send it in for us to post. Send events to sejhj1998@hotmail.com or thawkins427@gmail.com . After an event date has passed on the calendar, the event will be deleted.

Below you will find the Most current Calendar information. For a Detailed view, please click on the Current Month Calendar link which will open a seperate PDF file page. This will be the same view as the bi-monthly emailed calendar. Below the calendar link is a quick preview listing up the same events.

I have had a few compatriots ask as to what are the priority events. After some long thought, it is difficult to decide what is a priority event. What you feel in your heart and have time available should be a priority. Memorial services are top on my list. Our ancestors should not be forgotten, we are here for THEM. That is why we do what we do. Any event where we can be seen and interact with the public should be a priority. It is our Duty to inform the public of the true history of the Confederate Cause and Confederate Soldier. Therefore any event listed in this calendar should be a priority. Aside from these events, any scheduled meetings such as our quarterlies or an event where volunteers are needed Is a Top Priority.
